Agamnos Direct
Turn direct demand into confirmed stays on property sites.
Agamnos Direct is the hosted booking page and public booking API.
Guests search dates, then pick a room and a rate plan. Each option shows guest-facing name, cancellation (for example Free until 24 hrs), payment (Pay later vs Prepaid), inclusion, and total in the hotel’s base currency.
Guests may optionally show prices in another currency (browser locale or selector). That amount is approximate—checkout and the folio always use the property base currency.
Pay-at-property plans confirm without a card capture; prepaid plans collect through the hotel’s configured processor. Guests do not see a planned room number.
Hotel Agni uses /book/hotel-agni as Tenant 1 (INR demo). Confirmed bookings decrement the same sellable inventory as Agamnos PMS and auto-plan a vacant room for the tape chart.
Technical
- Hosted UI: /book/{property-code} (or property UUID). Code is case-insensitive on the API (stored uppercase).
- Public booking base: /api/v1/public/properties/:idOrCode — GET property, GET room-types, GET availability?arrival=&departure=&adults=&children=.
- Optional display FX: GET /api/v1/public/fx?from=&to= (Frankfurter rates, cached). Never send display currency on quote/book/payment bodies.
- Quote: POST /api/v1/public/properties/:idOrCode/booking/quote with roomTypeId, ratePlanId, arrival, departure (ISO dates), optional adults/children.
- Book: POST /api/v1/public/properties/:idOrCode/reservations with guest fields. Pass Idempotency-Key header (or idempotencyKey query) to avoid double confirms on retry.
- Prepaid checkout continues through public payment confirm; webhooks finalize capture if the browser closes. Full route list: Agamnos API.
