Rate plans, BAR calendar, derived FLEX/NRF, and guest terms.

BAR is the manual nightly calendar. FLEX and NRF derive from BAR (0% and −10% by default). Do not edit nights on a derived plan—open the BAR calendar.

Create with core fields only: code, name, pricing method, payment, cancellation, refundable, meal plan, room types, channels, validity, active. Tabs hold Advanced controls (CTA, CTD, blackouts, rounding, OTA IDs).

Canceling a new plan returns to the selected plan. Delete asks to confirm. Plans other rates derive from (BAR) have Edit plan only—they cannot be deleted.

Guests on Direct see guest-facing name, cancellation, payment, and inclusion—not internal codes. Staff see code plus those terms on New reservation.

Missing BAR nights fall back to the room-type base rate. Taxes come from Property settings; Tax inclusive on the plan skips adding % on top.

How to

  1. Set BAR nightly amounts on Calendar (weekday / weekend generate).
  2. Open FLEX or NRF and confirm they derive from BAR with the right adjustment and payment/cancel terms.
  3. Use Add plan for a new code; leave room types empty to apply to all.
