Tape chart
Rooms × days grid with planned stays and in-house occupancy.
Choose 7 or 14 days, jump with Previous / Next / Today, or pick a start date. The room column stays put while you scroll dates.
New bookings auto-plan the first vacant room of that type. Needs plan is only leftover stays; select one and click an empty cell, or Auto-place.
Click a planned bar then another planned stay to swap. Right-click a planned bar to release it back to Needs plan.
Planned bars are outlined; checked-in stays are solid. Guests do not see the planned room until check-in.
How to
- Open Tape chart for the dates you are planning.
- If a stay is in Needs plan, select it and click a vacant cell of the same type—or run Auto-place.
- To reshuffle, select a planned bar and click another planned room to swap, or right-click to release.
