The form is grouped by job: find guest, contact, registration, stay (room and rate), stay details (this visit), foreign guest details when nationality differs from the hotel country, then notes. Jump links at the top scroll to a card — they are not tabs.

There is one save: Create reservation writes the guest profile and the stay together. Unlike Property settings, there is no second button for payment keys.

Search an existing profile by name, email, or phone and attach it, or type a new name. New guest clears a selected profile and empties the form so the next save creates someone else. Changing the first or last name after a search hit also starts a new profile. While the original name stays, extra registration fills only blank fields on that person. Stay details hold arrival from, next destination, purpose (Tourism / Business / Other), and arrival / expected departure times. Those travel fields are this stay only.

When the guest’s nationality is not this hotel’s country, Foreign guest details collects passport number, issue place, issue date, expiry, and visa for Form C. Passport and visa stay on the guest profile.

Arrival and departure times default to the property check-in and check-out times from Settings.

Rate plans listed are active, sellable on the front desk, and valid for the stay (min stay, advance days, room types, channels). Derived plans such as FLEX and NRF use the BAR calendar. The picker shows code, payment, and cancellation.

Notes save as special requests on the reservation. Create confirms the stay, holds room-type inventory, and auto-plans a vacant physical room when one is free.

How to

  1. Search for an existing guest, or click New guest and enter a new name plus optional email, phone, and government ID.
  2. Set arrival and departure dates (times default from property stay times).
  3. Pick room type, then a rate plan (FLEX pay-later vs NRF prepaid, for example).
  4. Add adults, children, source, stay details (arrival from / next destination / purpose), foreign guest details if needed, and notes, then Create reservation.
