Preventive maintenance

Assets on a cycle—checklists, readings, missed escalations, work orders.

Hotel preventive maintenance, done on schedule—part of Agamnos Operations.

Tabs stay on every PM screen: Dashboard, Calendar, My inspections, Assets, Plans, Checklists, Work orders, and Reports. Switch without going back to Operations home.

Assets, Plans, Checklists, and Work orders show the list first. Use Add asset, New program, New template, or Create work order in the header to open the form; Cancel or a successful save hides it again. On Work orders, the status filter sits under the tab bar. On Assets, hover a row and click it to open that asset.

Technicians use My inspections on tablet: start a task, enter readings (green/amber/red), attach evidence, and confirm work orders when a step fails.

Missed and overdue cycles stay on the dashboard and compliance reports. A failed PM step can open a linked ops ticket for auto-assign.

How to

  1. Open Preventive maintenance. Use the tabs under the title to move between Dashboard, Calendar, inspections, assets, plans, checklists, work orders, and reports.
  2. On Assets / Plans / Checklists / Work orders, review the list, then open the header action when you need to add something.
  3. Generate cycles on the dashboard when plans are in place. Overdue and life-safety items stay at the top of the board.
  4. Technicians complete assigned work from My inspections; a failed step can open a work order.
