Workforce Management turns the PMS forecast into staffing—part of Agamnos Operations.
A rolling 7-day labor forecast is built from arrivals, departures, rooms to clean, maintenance load, and hotel events (including multi-day events on each day they span).
Generate a draft schedule: hard constraints (availability, leave, certifications, rest) are never violated—gaps become open shifts with warnings. Review, lock, then publish.
Employees see published shifts at /workforce/my-schedule and clock in/out. On the employee list, hover a row and click it to open that profile. The morning briefing is at /workforce/briefing.
