The list is grouped: Past due, Check-in today, In-house, Departing today, Upcoming, Awaiting (inquiry/tentative), Checked out, Cancelled / no-show.

Hover a row to highlight it. Click the row or the confirmation number to open the stay.

Staff see a planned room number before arrival; invoices and guest-facing copy hide it until check-in or check-out.

Open a reservation for that guest’s stay. The page title is the guest name, linked to their profile. Under it: confirmation number, status, arrival and departure, room, email, phone, and whether government ID is on file (last 4) or missing. Form C for this stay is where arriving from, next destination, purpose, and the ID photo are filled. Missing items opened from Form C are outlined. Rate, payment, and cancellation sit in the Stay panel. Check-in warns if ID is missing but does not block. Check-in can confirm the planned room or send another same-type vacant room in the same request.

Nightly room rates are quoted and frozen when the reservation is confirmed. Later calendar changes apply to new bookings only; Refresh rates requotes before check-in if you need the latest calendar.

Cancel and no-show release inventory and clear the planned room. Sensitive changes are written to the audit trail.
